My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating overall. The room was dated and the air conditioning barely worked, which was a big issue given the hot weather. While the shuttle service had its ups and downs, there were a couple of staff members who did go out of their way to help, but it wasn't enough to save the overall experience. I'd consider looking elsewhere next time.
